Morah Bracha Nahary graduated from“ Esrata”seminary for teachers in Jerusalem, Israel. Her first five years of teaching were in Israel in religious schools. She all subjects in 3rd and 4th grade, upper grades geography, and sewing for 8th grade girls who made graduation outfits.

Before moving to Memphis, she lived in in Scranton,PA. There she taught at Temple Israel Talmud Torah, an afternoon school of 200 hundred students. She taught all the Judaic subjects in the upper grades a major portion where a major portion of the teaching was conducted in Hebrew. She also was in charge of the Junior Congregation service on Shabbat and holidays.

Morah Nahary loves to teach Hebrew because Hebrew is the unique and special language our forefather’s spoke thousands of years ago, and It is the language of the prayers for all Jews everywhere.
